Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a tobacco molded body, in which it is possible to simplify the brand switching operation.SOLUTION: Provided is a process for producing tobacco molded body, including: a preparation step kneading a tobacco mixture comprising a tobacco raw material, a binder and water to prepare a tobacco kneaded product; a molding step of molding the tobacco kneaded product to yield a molded body; and a fragrance addition step of adding a fragrance to the molded product. The method for producing tobacco molded product in which the binder is selected from carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), a salt thereof, alginic acid, pectin, carrageenan, and guar gum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
