Title:
METHOD OF PRODUCING TUNGSTEN-COPPER COMPOSITE POWDER AND METHOD OF PRODUCING SINTERED ALLOY FOR HEAT- RADIATION USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3821730
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing tungsten-copper composite powder for producing a tungsten-copper sintered alloy for a heat-radiation material, which has excellent sinterability without the addition of other components, and has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity.
SOLUTION: The production method includes: a stage where tungsten salt and copper salt dissolved into water, are thereafter subjected to spray drying, and are subsequently calcined to prepare compound oxide powder; a stage where tungsten salt is separately calcined to prepare tungsten oxide; a stage where the compound oxide powder of 20 to 75 wt.% and the tungsten oxide of 25 to 80 wt.% are mixed, and this mixture is subjected to ball milling to form ultra-fine tungsten-copper oxide powder; and a stage where the ultra-fine compound oxide powder is reduced.
