At first, a preform 50 for vehicle wheel having a disk part 51 and rim original form parts 52, is cast. Successively, a solution treatment is applied by heating to high temperature. Thereafter, the rim part 52 having the finish-shape or near the finish-shape is obtained by applying spinning-work accompanied with the reduced thickness to the rim original part 52 of the preform 50 to which the solution treatment has been applied. This spinning-work can be performed even in the cold.
