To provide a method for producing a void-containing resin film capable of suppressing the formation of wrinkles, and readily windable into a rolled shape.

The method for producing the void-containing resin film includes a step of stretching a polymer molded product comprising a polymer having crystallinity, and forming a film having voids in its interior; and a step of subjecting the formed film having the voids in its interior to an annealing treatment under conditions so as to provide a surface temperature of the film of 40-100C, and a tension of 200 gf to 3 kgf for the film having a thickness of 30 m and a width of 15 cm for 1 s to 1 min. The annealing treatment is carried out just after the stretching.
