Abstract:
To provide a zinc chloride hydroxide crystal by a new method.SOLUTION: A method for producing a zinc chloride hydroxide crystal comprises preparing a member having a metal surface part containing zinc, bringing the metal surface part of the member into contact with a liquid containing chloride ions and water, and irradiating the metal surface part of the member with light. The member may be a metal member containing zinc.
