Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a heat resistant paper container having water- and oil-resistance on the inner surface side of the container while suppressing increase of raw material cost, energy cost and environmental load, and to provide the heat resistant paper container.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for production of a heat resistant paper container 10 having a container body 3 comprising a trunk 1 having a trunk joint part 4 and a bottom plate 2, and a resin layer 7 comprising a high-melting point thermoplastic resin provided on at least inner surface sides of the trunk and bottom plate. The method includes: a process (A) of forming the resin layers 7, 8 comprising a high-melting point thermoplastic resin on at least one surface of a paper material; a process (B) of bonding the trunk and bottom plate cut from the paper material by heating at the temperature lower by 1°C to 70°C than the melting point of the resin to mold the paper container; a process (C) of applying a penetration-preventive coating liquid having water- and oil-resistance onto the inner surface side of the molded paper container; and a process (D) of drying the penetration-preventive coating liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
