Abstract:
To provide a method of production for a milk beverage excellent in thermal stability and storage stability for a long time.
The method of production for the milk beverage includes a step adjusting a milk emulsion by subjecting a mixture containing the milk and an emulsifier to a homogenizing treatment under pressure larger than 25 MPa.
