Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method easily and massively preparing a natural type pig interleukin 8 (IL-8).
SOLUTION: The method prepars the pig IL-8 comprising cell strain constantly producing the pig IL-8 under an un-stimulating condition and culturing the cell strain. The cells highly manifesting productivity of IL-8 and lowly manifesting productivity of IL-8 for investigation of producing mechanism of the IL-8, and cell strain capable of producing IL-8 in the absence of blood serum are provided.
