The method for production a self-lubricative polymer comprises a process of cooling a polymer material to an extremely low temperature to produce a fragile frozen polymer material, a process of pulverizing the fragile frozen polymer material to produce superfine polymer powder, a process of adding a plurality of the microcapsules containing lubricative fluid to the superfine polymer to produce a polymer mixture containing the lubricative microcapsules, and a process of molding the polymer mixture containing the lubricative microcapsules.
