To provide a vehicle management method for managing the life cycle of a vehicle and/or components constituting the vehicle, and securing safety in travelling the vehicle, and also to provide its program, and its system.
A vehicle management system 1 includes a vehicle management server 2 to manage information concerning tire exchange; and a terminal 3 at the side of a user who requires tire change. The vehicle management server 2 and the terminal 3 are connected via a network 20.
