User's terminals 3a, 3b, etc., are connected to the Internet 1, and a match database 7 in which 'hands' of 'Rock, Paper, Scissors' of each user are registered and a 'Rock, Paper, Scissors' (like a toss) match server 9 are connected to the Internet 1. A user inputs a 'hand' on the visual display for the entry to a 'Rock, Paper, Scissors' match by using each user's terminal 3a, 3b, etc., and the inputted 'hand' is registered in the match database 7. The 'Rock, Paper, Scissors' match server 9 decides the winners/losers of the match based on the data in the match database 7, and notifies the result of the match to each winner and loser.
