A method for providing image contents in trains is provided with steps of; storing image data of image contents distributed from image data distribution devices of respective image content providing companies, in the image data storage part of an image content providing server system; generating reservation management tables for each content providing company showing use conditions of image data stored in the image data storage part, and generating a distribution table for transmission to a train-side image supply system installed in each train, from the reservation management tables and operation data stored in an operation data storage part; and instructing each content providing company to withdraw the use charge of each image content from a designated bank account by reporting the reservation management tables generated for each content providing company, to terminal devices of respective content providing companies through a network.
