Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent sticking of polyurethane elastic yarn and to obtain a package of polyurethane elastic yarn by uniformly providing the polyurethane elastic yarn with a silicon-based finishing oil and a fishing oil such as a mineral oil having viscosity and physical properties different from those of the silicone- based fishing oil and further winding softly.
CONSTITUTION: In forming polyurethane elastic yarn by melt spinning and winding on a package, the polyurethane elastic yarn is successively added with a silicon-based finishing oil and a mineral oil in this order by using different fishing oily applying devices opposingly set through the polyurethane elastic yarn and the polyurethane elastic yarn is added with the mineral oil in a stretched state and wound in a relaxed state.
