Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for refining a solution containing Rh (rhodium), in which the Rh-loss on the way of refining can be decreased as much as possible and Rh can be easily collected in a short time.SOLUTION: The method for refining the solution containing Rh includes: a step in which a neutralized slag is generated by adding an alkali into a hydrochloric acid solution containing the rhodium; a step in which a redissolved solution is generated by dissolving the neutralized slag with acidic solution; a step in which a Rh-dissolved solution is generated by adding an oxidizer in the redissolved solution and controlling the oxidoreduction electrical potential of the redissolved solution to ≥1,000 mV; and a step in which the Rh-dissolved solution is solvent-extracted with a cation-exchanging type strong acidic extractant.
