To provide a method for rapidly producing transparent soap, with which qualities are improved, a production process is simplified and accelerated.

Transparent cream soap is fused through procedures of pouring and stirring an alkali emulsifying agent to form a cream soap base, adding pure water to the cream soap base, etc. A concentrated alkali solution comprises an alkali amount and pure water. The concentrated alkali solution is poured to a stirring pot, stirred, simultaneously 1/4 of saponifiable natural oils and fats are gradually poured into the concentrated alkali solution to form the alkali emulsifying agent of the first procedure. Further the alkali solution is stirred and simultaneously 3/4 of the saponifiable natural oils and fats and pure water are poured into the pot to form the cream soap base of the second procedure. Finally, the cream soap base is transferred to a vacuum tank, deaerated in vacuum and pure water is successively and slowly poured into the vacuum tank in a vacuum state and stirred to form the transparent cream soap.
