PURPOSE: To provide a write method easy for arranging the spare program data by specifying a read address from the head of a data track becoming by a base address offset.

CONSTITUTION: A first program is recorded on a frame making a base address A3 into the starting point, and the addresses of the data on a CD in the program are recorded by a relative address from the base address A3. The other second program data are recorded on the frame making the base address B4 into starting point, and the data addresses on the CD in the program are recorded by the relative address from the base address B4. Although both program data are the same also, since the recording on the CD is performed at a constant linear velocity, the number of tracks become less in the data arranged on an outer periphery. In such a read address setting method, the matter that the spare program data are recorded on other position of the CD is facilitated.
