To increase the heat recovering amount of the exhaust gas of a radiant tube furnace and to attempt to reduce fuel by providing a recupator at the outlet side of a radiant tube, and installing a recupator before a burner between the recupator and the burner.
The air 4 is introduced from an air conduit 5 to a recupator 2 before a burner, introduced via an air channel 6 to a radiant tube outlet side recupator 1, and heat exchanged with the exhaust gas from the recupator 1. Then, it is heat exchanged with exhaust gas 8 exhausted from a radiant tube by the air channel 7 of the recupator 1, and supplied to a burner 3 via air channels 9 and 10. On the other hand, the gas 8 heats the air by the exhaust gas channel 11 of the radiant tube outlet side recupator 1, flows to the recupator 2 before burner, heats the air while passing the exhaust gas channels 12, 13, and outputs from an exhaust gas conduit 14.
