This method for recovering the hydrocarbon is characterized by comprising a process for contacting the immiscible solution of hydrocarbon solution / aqueous solution containing the multi-functional amine, the multi-functional acid halide and the polar functional group-having aliphatic organic compound as the solutes and the hydrocarbon or the water as a solvent with an alkaline solution and an alcohol, and then separating the alcohol and the alkaline solution transferred to the solutes to remove the solutes.
