Abstract:
To provide a method for recovering an organic acid which facilitates recycling of a solution after recovery of an organic acid and effective utilization of the recovered organic acid, and can reduce treatment cost.SOLUTION: A method for recovering an organic acid is a method for recovering an organic acid that recovers an organic acid from an organic acid-containing liquid containing an organic acid, and includes a step of adsorbing an organic acid with a copolymer gel that is a copolymer of a tertiary nitrogen atom-containing monomer having a polymerizable unsaturated group and a quaternary nitrogen atom-containing monomer having a polymerizable unsaturated group interposed in the organic acid-containing liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
