Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove and recover the impurities coming from casting molds at a high level by dissolving and dispersing waste wax compounds into an organic solvent, separating crude regeneration fillers, pickling the crude regeneration fillers in a post stage of a separating stage or a post stage of an alkaline washing stage and washing the filers with water.
SOLUTION: The remaining parts after separation or extraction of a wax-component from the waste wax compounds or both thereof are dissolved and dispersed into the organic component and are separated to a wax-component dissolution phase and a solid-component-wax-component. The wax-component and the organic solvent are recovered and removed from the solid-component-wax-component to obtain the crude regeneration fillers. The crude regeneration fillers are dispersed into the alkali- containing water, to which a surfactant is added and alkali soluble impurities are dissolved and removed. The fillers are dispersed in an aqueous acidic solution and acid soluble impurities are dissolved and removed. The filler-component is washed with the water to obtain the refined fillers. The specific gravity of the alkali-containing water is regulated greater than the specific gravity of the wax-component and smaller than the specific gravity of the filer-component.
