To provide a method for recovering a resin sheet, from which paper fibers are highly removed, from a laminate composed of the resin sheet and a paper layer in an industrially available manner.

The method for recovering the resin sheet includes: a maceration step of applying treatment for macerating paper fibers, for example, by a ball mill 3 to the laminate 1 composed of the resin sheet and the paper layer; a separation step of separating the macerated paper fibers and the fragmented resin sheet, for example, with a vibration sieve 4, from a mixture of the macerated paper fibers and the fragmented resin sheet obtained by the maceration step; a decomposition step of dispersing the fragmented resin sheet separated by the separation step into an aqueous medium containing cellulase decomposition enzyme to decompose the paper fibers remaining on the resin sheet; and a recovery step of taking the fragmented resin sheet out of the decomposition step in the state dispersed in the aqueous medium containing cellulase decomposition enzyme to separate the fragmented resin sheet from the aqueous medium.
