Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a valuable metal having good quality while suppressing the generation of hazardous materials and preventing oxidation by using copper slag and industrial waste as raw materials and simultaneously treating both.
SOLUTION: This method includes a stage for feeding the copper slag A1 and the industrial waste A2 into a fluidized bed type gasification furnace 11, recovering a first incombustible contg. the valuable metal which cannot be risen by the air from the fluidized bed and returning the same to the gasification furnace 11, a stage for feeding the second incombustible contg. the valuable metal risen by the air C from the fluidized bed and a pyrolysis gas E formed in the gasification furnace 11 into a melting furnace 21 while swirling the same and forming and separating the slag G contg. the valuable metal and further includes a stage for recovering black copper 1 by feeding the separated slag G formed in the melting furnace 21 into an electric holding furnace 31.
