To provide a method for recovering valuable resources from disposed matter capable of recovering efficiently and purely valuable metals such as iron, zinc, copper, and lithium, valuable oxides, or halogen compounds such as salt, and potassium chloride, and simultaneously removing to detoxify hazardous substances such as dioxins, PCB, chlorine, bromine, mercury, lead, and cadmium by a comparatively simple process.
In the method for purely recovering valuable resources contained while removing to detoxify hazardous substances by treating waste products including oxides, halogenated compounds, organic compounds, alloys, carbonated compounds, and the like, and disposed matter such as powder dust, and processed scrap, a valuable metal and/or a valuable oxide are separated and recovered by heating the disposed matter under a reduced pressure corresponding to the valuable metal and/or the valuable oxide contained at a temperature corresponding to the valuable metal and/or the valuable oxide contained so as to divide into evaporated matter and residue by sublimation, evaporation, decomposition, and reduction while removing the hazardous substances.
