To remarkably enhance the recycling rate of construction wastes and simultaneously solve a problem short in fields for treating the wastes as a side effect by reclaiming dug soil and the concrete lumps, asphalt lumps and construction surplus soil of construction wastes as a roadbed material for constructing roads, while the construction wastes have been recycled at a low recycling rate but the residual non-recycled wastes have been scraped in specified waste-treating fields as wastes and while natural disruption and resource exhaustion due to the collection of road materials are serious.
This roadbed material capable of being used for constructing roads is reclaimed by adding 20 to 25% of the concrete lumps or asphalt lumps of construction wastes or the mixture of the concrete lumps and the asphalt lumps to 70 to 75% of dug soil, crushing the mixture, adding ≤5% of quicklime to the crushed product, and arranging the diameters of the obtained granules to ≤40 mm.
