To enable recycling of industrial wastes by using base materials prepared by processing industrial wastes, such as cement bags, PET(polyethylene terephthalate) bottles and corrugated fiberboards, as molding raw materials, and forming a concrete block molding implement provided with mold parts for pouring ready-mixed concrete and molding the concrete to desired shapes.
The industrial wastes, such as the cement bags, the PET bottles and the corrugated fiberboards are processed to the chip-like or powdery base materials by existing means. These base materials or the molding raw materials formed by adding other solvents thereto are molded directly to a sheet form. The concrete block molding implement 10 provided with the mold parts 11 for pouring the ready-mixed concrete and molding the concrete to the desired shapes is formed. The concrete block molding implement 10 is formed to allow opening and closing of a main body 12 via a hinge part 12a and is formed by longitudinally and transversely arraying the mold parts 11 of the arbitrary shapes axisymmetrically with the hinge part 12a as a center. The mold parts 11 are formed as upwardly opening recesses and are formed to a state approximately flaring toward their open sides.
