PURPOSE: To assure the regenerated ink by utilizing the waste washing liquid of a printing unit generated at the time of color changing and ending of printing at the time of printing and to attain pollution prevention, cost reduction, resource saving, etc., by classifying and recovering the waste washing liquid of a printing unit to plural hue classifying and recovering tanks.
CONSTITUTION: The regenerated ink is obtd. by utilizing the waste washing liquid of the printing unit generated at the time of color changing and ending of printing at the time of printing. namely, the waste washing liquid for he printing unit is classified and recovered in plural hue classifying and recovering tanks. The waste washing liquid is recycled by using a solvent having the same compsn. as the compsn. of the solvent of the ink for the printing unit as the detergent of the printing unit. Further, the regenerated ink is obtd. by utilizing the waste liquid generated by washing of the printing unit and the ink for correction. For example, the many waste washing liquid recovering tanks 12 are installed for the printing unit of the first color below a waste liquid receiving tray 11 of the printing machine and valves 13 interposed with inflow pipes 15 of the respective recovering tanks 12 are successively opened.
