The method of recycling zeolite is carried out by using the zeolite used for the treatment of a waste liquid containing an antibacterial metal as an antibacterial agent. The antibacterial metal is one or more kinds selected from silver, copper and zinc. The zeolite used for the treatment of the waste liquid containing the antibacterial metal is utilized and further mixed with the scrap of cement or concrete to be used as a part of cement raw materials. Scrap of a combustible material mixed with the zeolite as the antibacterial agent is utilized for cement firing fuel.
