Abstract:

To provide a method for reducing contraction while sintering ceramic at low temperatures for saving costs of a ceramic product and improving quality.

A method is provided for reducing X-Y contraction while sintering ceramic at low temperatures, and this method comprises a process for laminating a suppression layer on a dielectric layer on which different kinds of materials are printed, and for reducing contraction of the dielectric layer and a non-sintered ceramic body. The suppression layer is provided with windows positioned corresponding to different kinds of materials printed on the dielectric layer and/or printed and/or disposed conductor, resistor, and capacitor or the like. In forming the non-sintered ceramic body by laminating the suppression layer and the dielectric layer, the different kinds of materials and/or conductor, resistor, or capacitor or the like can be prevented from being covered.
