Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for communicating a message constituted of a data block through wireless communication in an incomplete transmission/reception channel state.
SOLUTION: This method and device is based on the delay of a PDU and a packet in a much higher layer. Thus, it is possible to reduce the delay by automatically adopting modulation and encoding schemes for maximizing the mean value of the throughput of a data block.
