Abstract:

To provide a method of easily and cost effectively obtaining hydrogen peroxide water of having the total organic carbon content of <3 ppm.

The hydrogen peroxide water of 41 to 75 wt.% is treated with a reverse osmosis membrane and is diluted by water to a prescribed concentration.
