Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing/using a refuse-derived solid fuel(RDF), enabling the RDF easily dischargeable by setting a scraper in an RDF and preventing blockage at a conveyor storage silo, and in which the RDF is classified, coarse granules are only fed into a boiler, and the inner wall of a furnace is prevented from being damaged due to the temperature rise of the furnace, and equipment therefor.
SOLUTION: In this method, an RDF obtained by crushing, sorting and molding garbage is fed into and stored in a storage silo 28, then discharged with a scraper set at the bottom of the storage silo 28 into a delivery unit 30, subsequently delivered by the delivery unit 30 and introduced into a classifier 32 where the RDF is shieved into coarsely granular RDF and finely granular RDF, the coarsely granular RDF is then fed into a fluidized bed boiler 36 to generate steam, which is then utilized for electric power generation, while the finely granular RDF is returned to the molding step to be molded again.
