Abstract:

To obtain a regenerated coating at a reasonable cost usable in many kinds of fields by efficiently drying coating dregs.

Coating dregs are pulverized into the specified size by a crusher 1 in a pulverizing process. The pulverized coating dregs are agitated by an agitation dryer 21A while being heated under atmospheric pressure in the first stage drying process to be dried up to a specified liquid content. The coating dregs processed to the specified liquid content in the first stage drying process are agitated by an agitation dryer 21B while being heated in under vacuum in the second stage drying process to be dried up to a specified liquid content. After drying treatment is finished in the second stage drying process, the coating dregs are cooled by water spraying with the vacuum condition maintained. The cooled coating dregs are pulverized into a specified size by a centrifugal mill 31.
