To provide a method for regenerating a wheel which can provide a wheel in which a urethane rubber tire is prevented from being peeled off from a base band for half a year or longer, or rubber does not fall from the surface of the tire.

The method includes processes in which a used tire is removed from a base band and subjected to treatment to form minute unevenness, a mold in which the tire is arranged after the surface of the base band is cleaned and coated with an adhesive is preheated, a pre-polymer for an ether type urethane elastomer is preheated, melted, and vacuum-defoamed, a heated/melted curing agent is added to the pre-polymer and mixed, the mixture is injected into the preheated mold, and the mold into which the molten mixture is injected is kept at 80-120°C for 30-60 min to promote curing, demolded, and cured and a process in which the cured mixture is aged at room temperature for 3-7 days.
