PURPOSE: To reduce the hardware scale and to simplify the system constitution by using a small number of operation keys in place of a system data register key and registering the system data while confirming the input data by the synthetic element sounds.

CONSTITUTION: An emergency informing device 100 informs automatically the generation of an emergency state to a desired address via a subscriber telephone circuit. A voice element sound synthesizing part 1 of the device 100 stores the voice sound elements in an analog or digital style. Then the analog or digital element sounds are amplified and synthesized as voices for output. These synthesized voices are delivered through a loudspeaker 2. While the device 100 is totally controlled by a system control part 4 containing a circuit interface circuit, a sensor interface circuit and a control circuit. Then the data are registered to a system data memory circuit with a limited number of operation keys of an operation key part 3 connected to the part 1 and the part 4. Thus the hardware scale is reduced.
