Abstract:

To improve the peeling prevention and reinforcing effect of a reinforcing material by fixing a lattice material comprising a carbon fiber on the surface of an existing concrete structure by an anchor, and applying polymer cement mortar thereon.

When an existing concrete structure 1 comprising reinforced concrete or the like is reinforced, a lattice material or a mesh material 2 making a material of the carbon fiber of lightweight, high strength, high elasticity and rust proof property is fixed on the surface of the structure. The fixing is done by incorporating an anchor 3 having a fixing piece extending laterally on a head part in the concrete structure 1, and the lattice material 2 is sandwiched by a fixing piece to be bonded. Next, high adhesive polymer cement mortar 4 is sprayed or applied with trowel or it is injected. The concrete structure 1, a lattice-like reinforcing material 2 and the polymer cement mortar 4 are integrated to be fixed. Thereby the reinforcing material 2 does not peel, and a large reinforcement effect for shear capacity can be expected.
