CONSTITUTION: First 1, second 2, third 3 and fourth 4 jigs for cutting, joining, and bending, etc., of members are arranged around a base vehicle M and utilized in rearranging a right center panel and reinforcement into a configuration in which their positions are switched. A steering wheel, a turn indicator attached to the steering wheel, a wiper switch, an instrument unit, and a group of pedals including a brake pedal are transferred to the left side, and the pedals are rearranged by reforming of arm portions so that the toeboards of the pedals are properly arranged.
