Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove the coating film and putty on a vehicle by a method by which operation efficiency can be increased and working environment can be improved when the coating film of the vehicle is regenerated or repaired.
CONSTITUTION: Hard shorts of 0.2-0.8 mm diameter are accelerated to 40-80m/sec speed and collided at 90-45° angle against the surface of a vehicle to be subjected to the removal of the coating film and putty to expose the base steel sheet.
