To make accumulated dioxins harmless without allowing the emission of smoke from a refuse incinerator into the atmosphere and thus realize measures such as atmospheric contamination prevention, heat utilization and recycling of resources.
The smoke generated from a refuse incineration process is made to pass through steps such as dust removal, desulfurization and denitration, then is liquefied by means of a pressurizing device such as a hydraulic diaphragm or a piston pump, of an up and down pressurizing system and the liquid is separated and sorted out with the help of a liquid extraction device. Thus the sorted extract is recycled, while the dioxins are collected at a specified spot and is made harmless by processes such as heating at a specified temperature and vacuum treatment in a compression step.
