Abstract:
To reduce the content of harmful substances in the waste gas or waste liquid discharged from an exhaust gas washing column by efficiently decomposing the harmful substances, especially dioxins in waste incineration facilities.
In treating exhaust gas by bringing the exhaust gas into contact with the washing liquid in the exhaust gas wet washing column, a catalyst is allowed to be present in the washing column to decompose the harmful substances transferred to the washing liquid and the harmful substances remaining in the exhaust gas at the same time.
