Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for removing hydrogen chloride and/or sulfur oxide in an incinerator for which large-scale ancillary facilities and site are not required and with which hydrogen chloride and sulfur oxide are effectively adsorbed and removed.

CONSTITUTION: Before a material to be burned contg. chlorine component and/or sulfur component is burned in an incinerator 1, the material to be burned is mixed with slurry contg. lime to stick it to the surface of the material to be burned. Then, hydrogen chloride and/or sulfur oxide are removed in the incinerator 1.
