The device for removing the jaw plate includes: a disc 4 comprising a disc body 41 freely turnably supported around a support shaft 3 provided in a base 2, and a plurality of support members 42 of the buccal mass provided in a circumferential direction of the disc body 41 with a set angle space; a cutting blade 6 provided to face to one support member 42 of the disc 4 and comprising a plurality of blade bodies; a rotating device 5 for intermittently rotating the disc 4; and a lifting device 7 for lifting the butting blade 6 up and down. The disc 4 is intermittently rotated by the rotating device 5, and the buccal mass supported by the supporting device 42 so as to have the jaw plate downward is sequentially delivered to a position facing to the cutting blade 6. The cutting blade 7 is lowered by the lifting device 7, and the jaw plate is cut off from the buccal mass supported by the supporting device 42 and thrusted to the rear surface of the disc body 41.
