Abstract:

To provide a method of removing odor components of white distilled liquor lees or the like and a method of producing a fungus fruit body whose quality is not inferior by utilizing waste.

In the method of deodorizing organic waste, by seeding fungi to the organic waste and cultivating them, at least one of odor components including at least one of acetoin and diacetyl in the organic waste is removed or reduced.
