Title:
METHOD FOR REMOVING OILY COMPONENT OR THE LIKE FROM MATERIAL TO BE HEAT TREATED
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3940973
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle the combustible components of oily components, etc., liberated into a heating chamber by evaporation (sublimation) from a material to be heat treated as one heat source of a combustion pipe without intricate stages and to release the same as harmless gases by immediately sucking the combustible components into the combustion pipe in the heating chamber and burning the same, then releasing the combustible components to the outside of the heating chamber.
SOLUTION: Air is heated by the fluent gas passing the pipe 24 and the combustion gas which is the mixture composed of the air and combustion gas is further heated in the preheating chamber 21 of an outside cylinder 3' and is sent to a nozzle 10 where the combustion gas is burned. The load generated by the air sent under pressure of, for example, 1000 mAq through the pipe 8 from an air supply source 7 acts on a discharge pipe 9 and, therefore, the combustion gas burned in an inside cylinder 3' flows to the outside cylinder 3' like an arrow through the opening 12 and is sucked toward the discharge pipe 9 and is discharged into the atmosphere from the discharge pipe 9. On the other hand, the combustible components, such as oily components, etc., evaporated from the heated material 20 to be heat treated is also sucked into the outside cylinder 3' like an arrow through the opening 13 at the front end of the outside cylinder 3'. The combustible components are burned in the cylinder and are discharged from the discharge cylinder.
