Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which is extremely simple in treating operation, adds no chemicals and efficiently removes and/or recovers phosphor.
SOLUTION: Electrodes are immersed in a vessel which has water to be treated therein, DC voltage is applied to the electrodes, cations are allowed to migrate and are accumulated, hydroxide ions are generated by electrolysis, and phosphate ions in the water to be treated are made to be a salt which is slightly soluble to water and is settled. Further, phosphor compounds/which are slightly soluble to water and are settled are recovered by backward washing, or the like.
