Abstract:
To provide a method of recovering copper as copper oxide from a liquid mixture composed of waste water of etching and waste liquid of etching containing high contents of copper chloride.
The method of recovering copper ions as copper oxide is provided by adding an alkali into the mixed water in the presence of an oxidizing agent to exist or by adding the oxidizing agent to the mixed water and forming copper hydroxide by addition of the alkali from the liquid mixture composed of the waste water of etching and the thick waste liquids of etching containing high contents of copper chloride.
