Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a removing method of a resin core, by which casting cycle time can be shortened and the whole resin core can be discharged.
CONSTITUTION: The resin core 1 softened with excess heat of molten metal is pushed out by acting pressurizing fluid from one side to the other side. The air is used as the pressurizing fluid and the softening of the resin core 1 is promoted by using the heat of air compressed and raised the temp. A heating device is arranged beforehand in a slide pin supporting the hollow resin core 1 from the inner part, and the resin core 1 is heated with the heating device to promote the softening.
