Abstract:
To provide a method of removing an unacceptable point of a sheet body that allows for reducing the sped-reduction loss in an unacceptable point removing step while suppressing the labor and time of an operator.SOLUTION: A method of removing an unacceptable point, including winding up a roll-formed sheet body and removing a portion including an unacceptable point of the sheet body from the sheet body immediately before each unacceptable point by temporarily stopping winding-up at a position of the unacceptable point after decelerating the winding rate to a slow-rate operation, based on position information of the unacceptable point in the sheet body acquired in a preceding step, comprises a relative moving amount-calculating step that calculates a relative distance of from a position of an immediately before unacceptable point to a position of an unacceptable point next to stop based on position information of the unacceptable point next to stop and position information of an immediately-preceding unacceptable point precedent by one to the same, based on the position information of the unacceptable point, and a slow-rate start timing determining step that determines start timing of a slow-rate operation next to temporarily stop based on the relative distance calculated in the relative moving amount-calculating step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
