Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of removing underground pollutant in which pollutant recovery efficiency is not lowered.
CONSTITUTION: Piping 15 is connected to piping 13 through a valve means 11, and the piping 13 is connected to a compressor 5 which is an air injection means. The piping 15 is connected to a valve means 10 on this side of the valve means 11, and is connected to piping 14 through it. The piping 14 is connected to a blower 6 which is a fluid suction means. When the compressor 5 is driven with the valve means 10 being closed and with the valve means 11 being opened, air is discharged in the direction of the arrow from a tip part 15a of piping 15 through the piping 13 and the valve means 11. After that, when the compressor 5 is stopped from operating, and the valve means 11 is closed and the valve means 10 is opened and the blower 6 is driven, contaminant and bubbles 4 disturbed by injecting air from a tip of the piping 15 are sucked together with underground water.
