A food filled container 3 is evacuated by a vacuum device 24 in which a sponge 22 is arranged on the conveyor side of an airtight box 23 attached to a supporting frame 21, and the airtight box 23 is interposed between a water storage tank 27 and itself, and dew condensation water is sucked by the sponge 22 in contact with the food filled container. The food filled container 3 is turned by an endless belt 252 arranged opposite to the sponge 22, and water drops are removed in a stripe manner in the outer circumferential direction of the side surface of the container to eliminate defective reading of a bar code 31 for positioning a printing face 32 and defective printing of the printing face 32.
