Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce loss in usage, and to conduct repair having high reliability by injecting a high-viscosity organic or inorganic repair material into a crack section through a pit drilled to a foundation pile and injecting a low-viscosity organic or inorganic repair material from other pits.
CONSTITUTION: A pit 5 is drilled, and a mouth-root member 6 is fixed. When a vapor phase section 10a is supplied with high-pressure gas, a high-viscosity resin liquid 9 of 5000cp or more in a sealed vessel 10 receives pushing, and is injected and filled into the pit 5 from a filler port 7. Consequently, the resin liquid 9 is infected into the cracks of a foundation pile 1. Cement milk having grain size of 10-20μm is used as another repair material. A low-viscosity resin liquid of 100-1500cp is injected similarly through another pit drilled in parallel with the pit 5 after curing solidifying. As a result, the cracks not yet filled are filled by injection. Accordingly, uniform filling by injection is attained while loss in the usage of the repair materials can be reduced, and the object of the repair reproduction of the foundation pile can be attained at low cost with high reliability.
